Crusaders F.C.
Crusaders FC has a proud history of not only producing an array of high calibre players, but also being an integral proponent in promoting female involvement in the sport. This relationship will seek to strengthen pathways for aspiring footballers, whilst further supporting the development of both male and female Football Academy students at Helensvale SHS. The establishment of this community relationship reflects Helensvale SHS' consistent commitment to enhancing the opportunities provided to our students.
An agreement was established between Logan Lightning FC and Helensvale State High School in 2020 to further support the development of Helensvale Football Academy students. As the leading footballing school in the northern Gold Coast region, Logan FC recognised the contribution several of our students were making at their club and wanted to further support the learning opportunities and access for Helensvale Football Academy students into the National Premier League pathway at their club. This relationship has provided our students with access to high quality facilities, playing fee scholarships and educational opportunities via access to Logan FC coaching staff. Helensvale SHS looks forward to strengthening this relationship and continuing to enhance the opportunities of our students in the coming years.
