Payment Options
EFT is available for all purchases at our Canteen window during opening hours.
FlexiSchools online ordering is available for lunch pre-orders, sign up to FlexiSchools. FlexiSchools also allows students to pay at the canteen using their existing student ID card.
LINKING HSHS STUDENT ID CARD TO FLEXISCHOOLSLoad up your child's card with funds to spend at the canteen, eliminating the chances of money being lost. You set the limits on how much can be spent daily.
No need to fill out a bag or go online to place orders - just come to the canteen and scan ID card to purchase items.
If you already have an account with Flexischools be sure to link your student ID card to the system (see how to do this in the "How To Use Flexischools", pdf 284KB). NOTE: the letter at the end of your ID number is case sensitive.
Bag orders will no longer be taken for the canteen so we recommend you link your child's student ID card now.

Both permanent staff and volunteer parents work in our canteen. Our volunteers are staffed on a roster basis. Additional helpers are always welcomed. If you can offer any assistance please complete the volunteer application form (PDF, 380kb) and return to the Administration Office or email to 2184_Admin@eq.edu.au
